Having been named the National champions in the female Double Dutch freestyle event and then winning the Grand National title 2 years in a row, Jump Force is over the moon and grateful for the opportunities to compete. What a bittersweet end as we hang up our ropes and leave the braids behind.

Jump rope has allowed us to exercise regularly, boost our self-confidence and travel to places and interact with other jumpers and people that we might not otherwise meet. Over the years, we have learned to take risks, face fear and scrutiny, set goals and cope when things don’t go our way as a team.

Thanks again for the continued support from USA Jump Rope, Marian Fletcher and the jump rope community.
