Do you have these same struggles?

"My daughter has been pitching almost 3 years now (13), and it’s like 1 step forward, two steps back at times. So the mental side of the process for both the parent/coach and player & the ups and downs of it are our concern."

Step 1 - know this is normal.

Step 2 - focus more on the little things than the big things.

Step 3 - find little successes.

Step 4- celebrate the little successes.

Step 5 - repeat steps 1-4.

It always feesl harder and more difficult when you're in the middle of it.

It's important to have support around you to remind you it will be okay, to have patience, and to fight the hurry.

There's no rush. Smile, take the failures in stride versus fighting them/working against them.

Learn to fail. Fail to learn.
