Your internal dialogue becomes your reality eventually. Took me 34 years but I think I got it down…

I stopped telling myself that I was behind.
That rest had to be earned.
That being overwhelmed meant I was failing.
That one hard day erased all of my progress.
That I had to carry everything perfectly to be worthy of respect, love, success, or peace.

The way we speak to ourselves matters more than most people realize.

You can build discipline without bullying yourself.
You can grow without constantly tearing yourself apart.
You can be ambitious and still be gentle with yourself too.

Some of the most important healing I’ve done never happened outwardly.
It happened quietly — in the way I started speaking to myself when things got hard. ✨

Not an option. Not today. Not ever. I know it's hard right now. I know the motivation isn't always there. I know some days it feels like you're running on empty & the finish line keeps moving.
