There is a fun element to our classes that keeps you coming back even though the workouts are grueling. The intense energy is unparalleled. This is the unique element that sets our workouts apart and makes them so effective.

There are some workouts that just stand out from the rest; this is one of those. 'Summer Heat' is probably our toughest workout video yet with over 40 minutes of fun, fast-paced, functional exercises set to heart-thumping music. The workout starts mild but quickly picks up pace to deliver one of the most intense but satisfyingly rewarding workout experiences ever! The lockdown has presented some incredible challenges, challenges that have forced us to be creative and rethink how we live. The good thing is that on the other end of a challenge is the discovery of better - better way of doing, better way of being, better way of living.
