I say this so often because it’s just THAT important…DO YOUR PRONE EXERCISES!!! Here are a bunch of my favorites at various levels. Be sure you are ALWAYS pressing your p***c bone down into the mat while pulling your navel up towards your spine. IF you experience any lower back pain or discomfort during these exercises, that is a strong indicator that you aren’t engaging in your core properly. PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS, so keep at it!
