Bensonhurst United Taekwondo Center Classes for everyone from 3 and up. we also offer kickboxing and classes for kids with attention iss Tae Kwon Do transformed in to a modern olympic sport.

Tae Kwon Do originates from South Korea dating back thousand years ago. Tae Kwon Do is empty hand to hand combat and mostly kicking techniques. Here at Bensonhurst United Tae Kwon Do, we teach both traditional and modern olympic styles. The traditional includes Poomse, which is form and Gyukpa, which is breaking. Modern style is the Gyu-Ru-Gi w
hich means sparring. We teach to respect one another,

self discipline, and we help with your physical health/fitness. We also teach Tae Kwon Do not only as martial arts but to use it as the way of life. Our skilled Masters/Instructors are certified black belts from Kukkiwon. Kukkiwon is the headquarter that controls what every Tae Kwon Do school learns. We are part of WTF which is the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Right now we have a special promotion for 19 dollars for ages 5 and up which includes adults. We also have our pee wee classes for 10 dollars. Pee wee classes are included for 3 and 4 years old and consists of two classes.
