Hi, I’m Blair Nicole. I help women rewire their nervous system for self-compassion, self-trust, and secure attachment. I also work with organizations through corporate wellness programs that support burnout recovery, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership, creativity, and sustained focus at work. I’m a self-compassion researcher and nervous system strategist, and a PhD candidate in Psychology
studying the mental health benefits of self-compassion. My work integrates research, lived experience, and applied nervous-system training to create durable change — not just insight. Many of the women and leaders I work with are highly capable and self-aware, yet still experience anxiety in relationships, chronic self-criticism, or burnout that no amount of effort seems to resolve. This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a nervous-system pattern — and that’s where real change happens. What I Currently Offer
• Online coaching and training programs for women focused on nervous-system rewiring, self-compassion, and secure attachment
• Free guided meditations and experiential trainings that build felt safety, self-trust, and emotional regulation
• Speaking engagements on secure attachment, personality disorders, self-compassion, mindful leadership, and mental health
• Corporate wellness programs supporting burnout prevention, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership, creativity, and focus
My Background
• Former CEO of an international PR agency with over a decade inside high-pressure performance culture
• Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with clinical experience in trauma and addiction
• PhD candidate researching self-compassion and mental health outcomes
• Author of 31 Days of Self-Compassion (Amazon #1 bestseller)
• Featured in Forbes, Newsweek, MSN, and Entrepreneur
My Approach
Self-compassion isn’t about being softer or doing less — it’s about creating internal safety so people can lead, relate, and perform without earning their worth through overfunctioning or burnout. When the nervous system changes, what we build on top of it becomes more stable. If you're ready to step off the hamster wheel and into a life of calm, creativity, and fulfillment, let’s talk.
