It's been only 7 months since we opened. WOW!

We've learned from you how powerful our community is. When you walk into GRIT, the energy of the studio is electric. Our superstar trainers take you through a killer 50 minute workout with love, crazy lights and the hottest hits to make you forget you’re even working out.

Our Mood Director offers you electrolyte margaritas, and sprays everyone with champagne showers in the evening.
We built a new type of group fitness studio. A studio that cares about you. GRIT is fun. GRIT is wild. Crazy events. A banging bar. Trainers who really care about your progress in being a better YOU.

In this difficult time, we have decided to protect our community. We built and designed the GRIT studio as a sanctuary for peace and health. After today's classes, we are voluntarily closing ‪Monday night‬ for 2 weeks to better assess the situation in New York City.

We're not going to let anything stop us. And when we’re back, we're going to throw the greatest parties, the craziest events, the most kick ass workouts.

If you are currently booked for a class ‪starting tomorrow‬, your credit will be returned to your account. Then, we will automatically extend all active credits in your account for another 60 days. If you're on a GRIT Membership, it will be frozen during our closure. You won't lose out on anything. Don't worry, we GOT you.

And as soon as we are back, the Superhero Challenge will continue! Your cards will stay in place and your prizes will be waiting for you.

Our family loves you. Thank you for your support these 7 months. They have been the most beautiful moments and days in our lives. We have so much gratitude for you, our GRIT Fam. And we are just starting this journey.

We can't wait to see you soon and share more fun times! When we are back, the first drinks are on GRIT!

🥂🇫🇷 A NIGHT IN PARIS 🇫🇷🥂 Wednesday, March 11 at 8:30pm // Want to go to Paris? Step out from a GRIT 50 class into our GRIT version of Paris. Try a macaroon or two and sip on some decadent champagne. Try to speak French to our French bartender Laith who will only be speaking French during this class!

🌺 HAWAIIAN LUAU 🌺 Friday, March 13 at 8:30pm // Feel the warm Hawaiian sun at GRIT's first ever luau. We'll be handing out leis, drinking powerful punch, and swaying our hips hula style to the beat of some tropical drums. Come get lei'd at GRIT!

💥SUPERHERO CHALLENGER CLASS💥 Monday, March 16 at 8:30pm // The Superhero Challenge is underway! This class will be the added motivation you need to get you started or to the finish line! Your quads and glutes will thank you and your abs will look toned and sculpted with some extra floor work and stretching after class. Bring your cape if you have one!

☘️☘️ LUCK OF THE IRISH ☘️☘️ Tuesday, March 17 at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm, and 8:30pm // Jab, Cross your way through a killer workout on St Patrick's Day, then come celebrate in green at the GRIT Bar (wear anything green for a free drink)! We will be cheering with buckets of beers and green drinks and may even bring out the beer pong table!

⚡️ CBD CLASS ⚡️Friday, March 20th at 8:30pm // CBD is one of the hottest new ways to recover post class. We'll be offering you samples of CBD chocolates, lotions and balms. No, you won’t get high from it, but you’ll sleep better, have less anxiety and focus better. This is your chance to understand why CBD is such the craze.
