Manhattan Boxing Power Gym, New York The truth is that Boxing is so much more. Boxing gives you confidence in yourself and purges the rage and stress from your body and mind. I began bodybuilding.

People see Boxing as a complex sport with a simple premise: defeat your opponent by either hitting him more effectively to win on a point system, or hitting him so hard that he can not continue fighting. It changes your life by developing your physical and mental powers and giving you strength and motivation to conquer your fears and achieve your goals. Boxing is much more than just a sport. It ch

anged my life by making me a better and stronger person, both physically and emotionally. As a kid I had many health problems. My body and immune system were weak. Doctors said that I shouldn’t play sports because of my fragile physique. When I turned 15 years old I finally convinced my parents to allow me to exercise. During the next 10 years my body grew strong, but I always had a feeling that something was missing in my training. After I suffered an injury that kept me from lifting weights for two years, I decided to try something different and visited a boxing gym in my hometown. As soon as I entered and felt the atmosphere inside, I knew this was the place for me. The beginning of my Boxing career was challenging. I had to transform the bodybuilding process of slowly developing big muscles into the fast and explosive style of boxing. After I became proficient in boxing, I travelled around the world and visited many countries where I trained and learned from many great coaches over the course of 12 years. Although I enjoyed fighting as an amateur, I wasn’t interested in becoming a professional boxer. I find it more alluring and fulfilling to train others and help them achieve the same satisfaction and personal growth as I have. After all these years, I look back and see all the positive things that boxing gave me: physical fitness, confidence in my mental and physical power, strength to face my worst fears, alleviation of the stress from my body and mind, new friendships and opportunities, and many more benefits that are present in my daily life . It would be a pleasure to share my experiences with you and to help you become more athletic and confident in everything that you do.

I love boxing so much, it’s impossible to workout until I’m tired. When my arms get tired, I work my legs. when my legs get tired, I work my back. when my back is tired, I watch the other guys spar. When the gym closes, I go home and watch Youtube videos. NOBODY CAN STOP ME because that’s how much I love boxing!
