For anyone out there who suffers from migraines and headaches like myself.

A very common factor to migraines and headaches that is severely over looked are the muscles that actually induce the tension into our skulls. Despite the fact that migraines can be a result of 100 different causes like dehydration, poor diet, poor sleep, alcohol consumption lol 🤙🏽. The truth is that all headaches still travel through the same highway. Voyaging Up the Trapezius muscles and tunneling deep into the Semispinalis Capitis. So despite whatever reason you maybe getting those headaches, you will never truly be able to break the chain unless you provide aid relief to those over worked muscles that are inducing the pain.
Here is a tip that I've learned that really helps loosen up that tight neck and provides more flexibility in the traps.
Line up parallel with the foam roller and find a tight spot in our traps. Next elevate your feet off the ground and begin rolling out your neck all the way up into your skull. Now start to roseate your neck. Looking over your shoulder will really help pin point areas of tension. ⚠️Precautionary Measures
I advise you to first try this same method without even elevating your knees off the ground. This way you can make sure you can handle the amount of tension you are about to apply to your Neck muscles. You may feel some shaking during this routine, that's just your central nervous system adjusting to the uncomfortable repair that you are providing to your neck.
