Я - трудоголик!

Для меня очень тяжело расслабиться.
Я работала всю сознательную жизнь. Особенно когда приехала в США.
С 2010 я Работала много. Работы стало больше когда в 2012 году я открыла транспортную компанию
Как раз в это время я выступала, было много соревнований и я всегда была «у руля».
Было очень много забавных историй. На соревнованиях, находясь за сценой и ожидая Своего выхода я бронировала поездки для клиентов 🤣. Многие кто знал меня в те годы выспрашивали: «как ты это делаешь?»
«Легко», говорила я в тот момент.
Выходных у меня не было - никогда! Я настолько привыкла к этому режиму и с удивлением спрашивала : «А что у вас по другому?»
У меня был перерыв в работе только когда я была в самолете ✈️.
В 2018 году я открыла «I Power» студию и…..о минуте покоя я забыла совсем.
В этот же году я встретила своего мужа и он многое изменил в моей жизни. Взял меня замуж 👰‍♀️и часть обязанностей на себя.
Но, напряжение накопленное годами не куда не ушло. Я до сих пор не научилась отдыхать. Даже на отдыхе я не могу отключить голову 🤯. Напряжение не покидает.
Раньше, мне было достаточно сменить обстановку и силы возвращались.
Сейчас мне ещё не удаётся расслабится на 100%.
Я учусь быть в моменте. Разделять работу и отдых. Уверена что скоро это у меня скоро получится.

I think it would be interesting for you to understand this post-workout feeling.
There are 3 hormones responsible for your well-being and satisfaction after physical exercise: endorphin, dopamine and serotonin.

These hormones, called happiness hormones, are released during training and generate chemical reactions in your brain and body responsible for the feeling of happiness.

1️⃣ With high-intensity exercises like EMS training, your brain starts to release dopamine a few minutes after training. This hormone helps you become more alert, focused and concentrated 👆.
The more you exercise, the more dopamine is released. Dopamine allows you to push yourself to your limits, to keep going and improve your performance.

This is the fight against "yeast".

And food is the easiest way to get it, that is why you want something tasty and high-calorie. Dress warmly because as soon as you start to freeze, your feet will lead you to the refrigerator.

2️⃣ The metabolism slows down. The body starts saving energy. Therefore, the feeling of hunger is quite a physiological process. But you do not need to go on a diet, because instead of fat, the body will begin to burn muscle mass. Better adjust your diet.

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to coffee, the beverages on this list are worth trying.
(Caffeine-Free)

1️⃣ I originally replaced the coffee with chlorophyll in the morning.

2️⃣ My detox cocktail or Green Veggie Juice, add also a bit of ginger - Mmm😋 It comes out so tasty and very healthy! I feel so good and full of energy, coffee cannot compare 😅

3️⃣ Barley coffee
Many people recommend it. Italians created imitation coffee from barley. It's a caffeine-free roasted barley drink called caffè d'orzo that's made in an espresso machine and could be said to taste sort of like coffee
I haven't tried it myself yet 🙋‍♀️

4️⃣ Roobios Tea
Roobios tea is another great caffeine-free coffee alternative. It is an herbal tea that is also known as red tea. It comes from fermenting the leaves of a specific shrub that turns them a reddish color. Roobios tea does not contain caffeine, unlike green or black tea.

Baked Atlantic salmon with steamed broccoli 🥦

🐟Put your favorite spices on fish (pink salt, garlic, black pepper) and baked for 25 min (425 F)

🥦Put broccoli in boiling water for 40-60 sec.

🥗Put in on the plate and sprinkle with lemon juice and a bit of salt.
