Our surfboards are on top of 3 balance balls, so stability training is at the core of all of our workouts. Why is it important?

Working out with instability helps:

🏄🏽‍♀️ Build your core strength in the most effective way possible. You are forced to constantly engage your core to stabilize on our surfboards.

🏄🏽‍♂️ Improve your balance to help you react to changes in your environment. This helps with surfing, but it’s also so important in your everyday life (like riding the subway!)

🏄 Prevent injuries. Strengthening your stabilizer muscles around your joints helps protect against injuries. We give low impact options in every class too!
