Today, lead by our Executive Director Bob Townley, we stood alongside our friends and elected officials at City Hall to advocate for the thousands of young people and families impacted by DYCD's decision to remove trusted community-based organizations like Manhattan Youth from NYC schools.
Our council members spoke out against this disappointing and heartbreaking decision, highlighting the critical role these programs play in supporting over 5,000 students across the city. We are grateful for their partnership, leadership, and commitment to ensuring our schools continue to have access to the programs, opportunities, and support our communities deserve.
