I have been quiet for a few months as things have happened behind the scenes. I will share more soon....

At this time of year, I spend extra time reflecting on the people who are important to me and to this company, and this gratitude is extra heartfelt this year. Kristine is a physical therapist in Denver who treats pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions for all ages and genders. She is co-owner of the new Sparq Physical Therapy clinic with the primary location in Castle Rock. There are also options for in home treatment or in Southglenn.

Kristine loves helping clients with pelvic floor issues because it’s rarely one thing that causes their symptoms. For moms, we know your attention is constantly being pulled in a million different directions, and that can take a serious toll on your body! It can be hard enough to find an hour to get in a good workout, but what about additional time for self care? Though it can be challenging to squeeze in, taking a few minutes each day or at the end of each workout to roll out, breathe, and thank your body for everything it does for you and your family can make a huge difference in your psyche, and help you get more out of your workouts and your daily activities. Try this simple foam rolling routine and a few deep belly breaths to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, and you’ll be feeling more grounded and ready to take on your day.
