When you hold or move through a V-sit, you’re challenging the entire core system, not just the superficial “six-pack” muscles. Your deep core muscles work overtime to stabilize your spine and pelvis while your upper and lower body coordinate as one unit. The goal is maintaining tension, control, and integrity of form. PULLED UP 😝to a playground in Bozeman mid-run and let my mind/imagination guide my body - an “intuitive” strength circuit…

The gym is everywhere but IMO playgrounds offer and extra energy, reinforcing creativity that brings out your inner-child no matter what movement you choose. It’s the perfect environment to grab a movement snack (play while your kids play💪⚡️).
I’ve honestly made it a “movement must” to never pass a playground without grabbing a Stoked Style “snack” - a move, a circuit whatever…it all adds up in your wellness bank💰…

“Intuitive” playground circuit
•Pull-Ups 10 reps
•”Chair” Squats - hold and pulse for 10 then 10 full range
•AthletiCORE (Barre) thigh work - V position
-10 pulses
-10 glute medius press (press thighs out to engage glutes)
-10 pulse AND press out
-5 full range
•Slow Step Back with lean/slight hinge - 10 reps ES

Fine tuning/light weights real talk…why & when - let’s spring clean your fitness routine…

If you’ve been spending A LOT of your time in the Fine Tuning category on the KSFITAPP…I see you 😉…

And while I absolutely LOVE a good Fine Tuning “movement/sculpt snack” (seriously…these workouts are game changers for building consistency, strengthening weak links, creating mind-muscle connection, activating and/or finishing off a workout🔥)…they aren’t meant to be the entire meal….

Think of Fine Tuning as the icing on the cake…the bun to your burger…the bonus magic —- catch my drift 😉
