Sigmund Freud famously conceptualized religion as an "exalted father-figure" or an "illusion" stemming from infantile yearnings for a powerful, protective father to soothe our fears of life's dangers. I think of he was alone today he add politics and cult of personality to the mix. A bunch of "adult" children desperately seeking a daddy. America needs to grow up.

An homage, a tribute to the Queen and Queens of my fitness world.

At one point at the gym, some time ago, a female says to gl her boyfriend i don't ever want to look like that, referring to my queen. Well, you never will, I've seen you lol but... fast forward 6, 7 years.. we're out eating and the young lady serving us tells AJ how she wants to look just life her when she grows up what a difference a couple of years make. And this is becoming the norm.

Look at the picture with me, one man amongst 7 powerful women. In a venue that had been dominated by men, and some men are still having problems letting go, you have proven that you are our equals.

You don't realize it now but you are part of a revolution .. your influence on other women, on men, on young boys and girls will change the world. And because of that i am honored and humbled to be in your presence on a day to day basis. Bravo my QUEEN and Queens of Fitness. 👏💪
