My Birthday magic ✨🎉

Although it was a month ago I decided to tell you all What a truly special birthday it turned out to be.

I started my birthday morning with a massage from the wonderful , who insisted on treating me to the most incredible session and literally got me back on my feet - After waking up the day before feeling like my back was about to completely seize up, I knew I couldn’t afford a sore back for all the birthday celebrations ahead!

Later, I visited a beautiful clothing sale organized by our amazing community, and it was such a joy to be surrounded by so many wonderful people and treated by lovely Tamar with a delicious ceremonial cacao and intention settings for the year around the sun.

And then came an evening that will be remembered for years to come.

“Bira LE - Shira” was followed by an epic dance party led by the incredible Dror , who gave me the perfect birthday gift by coming to play for us. For two straight hours, he had me jumping, dancing, and smiling nonstop.

None of this would have happened without , whose huge heart, support, and dedication helped create such an unforgettable celebration. And of course, my amazing partner, Amir, who - as always - knows exactly how to create magical events, especially when they’re for me. ❤️

My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Grateful for every person who took the time to come celebrate life with me.
Grateful for my friends, who truly are our family here.
Grateful for this beautiful life that continues to surprise me every single day.
Grateful for Amir, the kids, and my family back home, who were part of all the celebrations from afar.

‏The Seventh Day of Passover – The Sea That Parts Within Us

‏The final day of Passover marks the Splitting of the Sea – that moment when a path opened up exactly where everything seemed closed.
‏It’s not just a story of water parting, but of boundaries breaking, fears dissolving, and a brave step into the unknown.

‏It’s a time for reflection:
‏What sea do I need to part now, to move forward?
‏Where am I holding back out of fear, even though the way may already be opening?

‏May we recognize the moment the waters begin to shift – and find the courage to walk through, with full faith and an open heart.

‏Wishing us a final day of freedom, presence, and inner peace.

Well today is my birthday 🥳 and it is completely different than how I used to celebrate in the past years.
10 years ago my hubby open a restaurant on my day and for many years we had a big, full of people, party. Last year, it was our first year in suburbs, Amir throw my an amazing get together with a lot of food, music, kids activities and much love.
This year it’s different! I’m here in Costa Rica, absolutely the most beautiful place, with the perfect spirit and atmosphere and amazing people surrounding me. Nobody really knows I’m celebrating my big day and for the first time I couldn’t care less.
I’m here for myself, loving and caring myself, focusing on what is really important in life and .
I cannot express in word what I’m feeling inside me, I feel like shout out to the world how happy and grateful I am.
My journey with and many other people has just begun. I am going to get better in so many aspect, I’m going to get stronger, wiser and a better person.
Thank you world for this opportunity. Thank you Amir, the love of my life for supporting me. Thank you friends for the warm wishes, thank you world for making me feel loved and THANKING MYSELF for putting myself in the front and letting myself to feel and be so freaking powerful!!! I can absolutely do anything!!! Well I guess I nailed it 💪🏻

Here I am with a suitcase and a yoga mat in about to go on a ✈️ for few weeks BY MYSELF - kids free to Costa Rica to get my Yoga teaching certification. I have wanted to deepen my yoga practice and expand my knowledge for so long but didn’t find the right time or place to make it happen. In the beginning of January, while having our friend COVID kicking mainly my hips and lower body muscles, google read my thoughts and suggested me to take some time out from life and get my Yoga certificate in the same time. And here I am, almost 4 months later, waiting to go on a flight and make this dream come true with .
In 2 days I will be celebrating my birthday and this is by far the best gift I could give myself!! I am so grateful for my partner who supports me with my crazy ideas and blessing my way. Well , I’m a bit overwhelmed but this is absolutely the best thing I could ever ask for myself right now! Keep you all posted about my journey.

What can I say about 2020??
This past year was full of so much. It was exciting, challenging, awesome, awkward, stressful, exhausting, magical and honestly I can keep describing for another hour or so, how this past year was for me.
In the beginning of March, when all the pandemic started to get out of control, I spent the night with my friend and soulmate and looked her in the eyes, trying to convince her that in 2-3 weeks all life was going to get back to normal. She looked at me back and said it’s so sweet how naive I am. I couldn’t even imagine what 2020 is going to look like. Fast forward, it’s the end of the year and we are still here, kicking life happily, day by day, and constantly thanking you COVID, corona, for bringing so much goodness to our reality. I wouldn’t choose a year like this but if that’s life and reality so we must find the good things about it. And there are soooo many!!!
And about 2021… May you please be the best of all??

Happy Hanukkah all.
I must say the Hanukkah is one of my favorite Jewish holiday. It’s a holiday that brings love, joy and miracles.
I wish you all a beautiful lights holiday. My wish for this holiday is to have a miracle and get the chance to see and feel our love ones, who live aboard, as soon as possible. Always keep the smile on your face. We all deserve to be happy and enjoy life.

Shoulders strength.
My upper body is definitely my weakest part of my body.
My left shoulder tend to get inflamed when I push it too much.
A few months ago I started intensively work on my shoulder girdle and again, I hit this point where my shoulder tells me to back up and I had to take it slower and easier.
Here I am, working on my headstand again, feeling super duper strong in my core but shoulders give me hard time.
Remember that strengthens your body is a progress and sometimes you have to back up in terms of going forward.
Stay positive and don’t give up!!
The effort is worth it 🙏🏻👍🏻💪🏻
