Absolute beginner ballet focuses on learning foundational positions, proper alignment, and basic terminology, usually with a strong emphasis (45min to 1hr) on barre work to develop technique and control. 2hr class allows us to explore proper adult stretching techniques, and some across the floor- Lets Move combos) Classes often cover positions (first, second, forth & fifth), pliés (bends), and tendus (stretches), requiring zero prior experience.
Workshops Specialized 4-6 week workshops are recommended for beginners to build foundational knowledge consecutively
(Memorial Day is Off) More advance students wanting to return possibly after a long Hiatus or injury are also welcomed.
*Live pianists each class including Pallatroni & Bradham well known for their dancer friendly accompaniment
*Attire: Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows movement (like leggings) and ballet slippers.
