Whether for self defense, fitness, or competition we have classes that suit everyone's needs. We offer Classes for men/women/children/teens in
Kuk Mu Kwan Tae Kwon Do(founded by Great Grandmaster Suh Chong Kang), and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under 7X WORLD CHAMPION Caio Terra and the Caio Terra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. We are the ONLY school in Sheepshead bay that offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and

Tae Kwon Do as base styles. Students earn rank in BOTH styles separately, giving them an ALL AROUND martial arts experience, preparing them for any sutiation they may encounter in the streets. NO OTHER school in Sheepshead Bay can offer what we can, or can do it better than we can.
