Weeks back while on a run... Joy aka "Joy to the world" aka "little sis" developed a meniscus injury. She had to make a sharp turn around a "not paying attention" tourist. We will slowly get back to lower body starting next week. But it's been fun focusing and getting her stronger with her upper body for the past weeks.

For the past 8 months it has been a pleasure working with With every session I've watched "KHUSH" get stronger while building confidence! I always asked my client's to at least "meet me have way"... I really don't need to worry about that with Khush! And while every part of her body is hurting, she still finds the strength to educate me up on some Punjabi music!😊

Nelly and I had a awesome time cheering on our friend and client as well as many running last weeks new jersey city marathon. We were there last yr for his Brooklyn half! And i promised him we would be there for his first full marathon! Catching saagar first at mile 14 was so cool. But surprising him again at mile 17 was the best! So proud of you brother!
I loved Nelly yelling "round 2"

When I first started Gym Decision, the idea was simple: create a place where training feels personal. Not a crowded gym. Not a number. A place where people are supported, challenged, and truly known.

I’m also incredibly grateful to my wife J’Nell, who supports the gym behind the scenes as co-founder and keeps so much of this running smoothly.

I always knew as well as preached on the the importance of recovery! But now at nearly 52 I "stand on it"! Every day I just don't show up to work... I truly come to work! That means pushing and trying to get the best out of each client! And generally they give me all that they got! So it's only right to give them the tools that will help with a faster recovery.... So that I can push them some more! That's why I'm so excited to announce that we are in the beginning stages of development GD's dedicated "recovery zone"! This will consist of devices for the back, legs, knees, hips, shoulders, arms, feet and much more! We just got in our first 2 pieces. The contour decompression & massage table.
