A place where campers can explore, their personalities can shine, and be a part of a camp community. (Formerly Oasis Day Camp Downtown) Amazing Downtown Summer Camp, located in Manhattan's Lower East Side, provides children with a traditional summer day camp experience. At Amazing Downtown, children engage in activities including daily swimming lessons, sports and recreation, visual and performing
arts, STEM, and field trips. Utilizing spaces within the community, campers enjoy activity driven programs with a dedicated, supportive staff. We work with our group of counselors and program instructors to create a place where our campers can be heard, their ideas and their personalities can shine and be valued, and each camper feels they are an important part of a whole camp community. Children have fun participating at our annual carnivals, in-camp competitions, performance shows and themed weeks. Our goal each and every summer is to provide children with all the tools to be active, safe, and develop lifelong friendships this summer!
