This weekend I'll be participating in The Tough Mudders Event in Bethlehem, PA. My team? Club Vinegar Hill. 8-12 mile event. Check it out on u-tube and may be next time we'll do it together.
I'll let you guys know on Monday how it went. Hopefully, we'll get some pictures.

Hello everyone. This Sunday I'll be instructing two classes at Believe Fitness. Vinyasa Yoga at 9:15am and Extreme Body Toning at 10:15am. Come on down and show the love. There is also a dynamite TRX Bootcamp happening at 10:30am which Samantha will be instructing. I was able to get into Sam's TRX today - and loved every minute of it.
