Alpha One Brothers!!!
Before Bankruptcy I was on a mission for More!!
Little did I know I was on my way to disaster.

I was Money & Ego Driven, Took Risk on top of risk.
From $80k Months back to Paycheck weeks.
Lost it all!

WTF happened?

I thought I had it all. Owned a 6500 sqft nightclub, 2 tattoo shops, Carwash just to name a few businesses.

Pi***ng money away at the strip joints like it was water. Living the life in limousines with Champagne. Mercedes & a Escalade that was previously owned my Micheal Vick. 10 custom motorcycles at once, Choppers, Baggers, Crotch Rockets, Atvs. Etc.. Big boy toys!!
Traveling Dolo Each weekend as if I had no family

Riding to different states on 2's with Biker "Bro's" Consistently. Hanging with Killas in rooms full of Guns, Drugs, and S*x.

"Untill you go to a Biker Party, You have not partied!"

But My biker bros was different. We were Street That became MC. Not MC that becomes street. (Mindset) Difference. Men With Respect! Men that love Hard!
We protected everyone! Especially family!

(Sons of Anarchy) Ain't s**t compared to real life!

I was Jax! Hold up Reframe that- He was me!

Definitely more stories about that life in futher posts.
But for now, back to why We Are "Meant For More"!
We all want more but more of what?

I was chasing Bulls**t, A lifestyle that never serves anyone in the long run. Ended up losing everything.. Why?? What was the More I "THOUGHT" I wanted.

The perceptions of being the Man?
But yet my home was broken!

Living a life outside like a Celebrity while inside I was sleeping in the basement while my baby girl and her mom sleep upstairs on the king size mattress. I created this craziness. I Now Own that Now!

We seek more!! We want more!! But until you become truly Authentic with self and ALIGNED with you, Your "MORE" might actually be someone else's.

At this point in my life,
My more is to help others get More!!
Get More Money, More Time to help others
Give More =MORE MAGIC for the World!

I put together a framework for me that helped me Truly figure out what MORE did I actually want and need in my life. It's part of my everyday morning formula. It's a real Document so it changes from time to time.

2020 Rules of Engagement:

1, FOCUS, MASSIVE ACTION, Have Laser 2020Vision on your 2020 Goals. Get them all out of your head and on paper. Write them, read them, Master Them. Brain dump exactly what a perfect life is to you and take mini steps to get there.

2, Remove all Social Media from Every day phone to older phone that stays in the junk draw.
Turn off all Notifications from text to email. Only check when when taking a $h!t. N.E.T.
(Nothing Else To do Time). If must check for business more frequently then hire a VA.
DELAGATE, AUTOMATE, ELIMINATE.

3, No need to be a new you, Just Be the Real You!

4, Men, Stop bitching and blaming others for your bulls**t. It's your Fault! Own where you are in life and Step into your Masculinity as a Man. Be accountable and Responsible for all your actions that has led up to this. Join a Brotherhood of Positive Get Money, Family Oriented Men. (Alpha One Brotherhood)

5, Ladies, Stop looking for Love outside yourself. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST, Before you seek love from another. Own Your Worth. And you also accept the fact that you must look in the mirror and Own your bulls**t aswell. The Energy you put out is what you will continue to receive. (Karmatic Management ). Energy is Instant Karma. Stop Saying I

6, Tighten up your Circle, If the 5 people you are around mostly is not growing then remove yourself and find a new peer group. Investing into yourself to be part of a group is best. The more you Pay, the more you Pay attention. (Even your so called life long best friend or family doesn't always wanna see you win).
So stop going to them for advice. Especially if they are not where you want to be. Find a Mentor, Hire a coach.
"Sometimes your Idols become your Rivals"
If you continue to ask for help and they continue to make empty promises, Fukem!

7, Live with **KSGIVEN Stop living worrying about others opinion in this world. DO YOU!! Follow your Heart. Sometimes the biggest struggle we have is fighting our own identity. (NO ONE GIVES A F**K).

8, Clean and Organize your house, your car, your office. A cluttered space is a cluttered brain.

9, Every single day schedule "ME" Time. Just as you schedule time for others, Schedule time for yourself to disconnect. Get a massage, Meditate, Gym, Ect...
Each month I challenge you to disconnect from everyone and everything for 24hrs to 72. Complete silence, Just Natures music in the woods.

10, Write a letter to your 6yr old self. Will he/she be proud of who you've become? If not, what must change?

P.S. Repeat these steps every 90days. Growth is Inevitable if you continue to push your limits.

The only reason you scream in the dark is because you fear what the light will show you.

You fear the mirror and the Truth!

Truth is, You are your own worst enemy.

So much Noise in Society we tend to hear Someone else's Music.
Someone elses way of living.
Then you assume that's the way you should live but your not happy, your not fulfilled. Why?
Is it because deep down your beliefs do not match with the noise you Thought was for you.

All the Noise in your life continues to prevent you from Embodying your true Self.

Society confuses you.

Take a break, Shut all means of communication down for 24/48/72hrs.

Just be with Nature in it's most Natural form. You are Nature, You are born, you live, then you die.
Just as a tree, or even a piece of furniture. It is made, used and then breaks.

Nothing in life is permanent.
Everything is Temporary

Invite some silence into your life if you feel stuck and confused with Clutter in the mind.

If you want true transformation in your, business, health, relationship, wealth, All areas of life There are 2 things to be done before 2020..

1, CUT YOUR OWN BU****IT.
Look in the mirror and take full responsibility for where you are at in all areas in life. Stop thinking you know it all.
You don't know what you don't know.
What got you here is not gonna get you where you want to be.

2, Seek out for a Coach or Mentor. Someone who is exactly where you want be. Someone who will not be a yes man to you. Someone who will hold you accountable and call you on your bulls**t.
They will get you there faster with less mistakes. Remember you are investing in Value, knowledge, wisdom. They will see your blind spots.

MEN DEPRESSION? MEN SU***DE?
Ladies has your man been Angry alot lately, Starting Arguments for no reason.

Working extra long hours just to stay busy,
Always tired, Loss of interest in his hobbies,
Eating garbage food, drinking more then normal.
Gaining weight, Not able to keep or get an Er****on.
Becoming more feminine then you?

This is called "Male Based Depression".
