The next time you are in downward dog/arms are lifted overhead, check in. Anything feel restricted? Or not feeling much at all? Sometimes movement can feel like it stops at our joints either from tightness or even hyper mobility. When we are able to find a deeper connection to our joints, our movement can go beyond them. If this calls to you, peep below. If not, congratulations on having superstar shoulder mechanics 😜

Try:
• Gently sliding your arms into your armpits.
• Spinning your elbows forward
• Checking if your elbows are hyper extended
• Moving your outer armpits forward
• Widening your shoulders across your back.
