Underground Physique Fitness and Self-Defense for Women and Children! Underground Physique is a fitness and self-defense organization for women and children.

Founded by Sensei Beverly Bradley the goal is to enlighten and empower! Sensei Bradley has been a personal trainer for 17 years. She has studied Martial Arts for over 25 years and is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Dubbed the "Crusader for Self-Defense" by the New York Post it has been her mission to teach women and children the importance of awareness.. avoidance...and the ability to physically defend one’s self if needed! She has been featured in Essence, Black Elegance...and Heart&Soul magazines. Sensei Bradley has also taught at many schools, after school programs and facilities throughout New York, New Jersey..Pennsylvania and Africa!
