This class will utilize the Bosu to challenge balance/stability and build core strength! The bosu adds that extra šŸ”„! We will focus on arms, core, legs and b***y. The energy of this class will feel more like fluid circuit training with nice stretches sprinkled throughout. I will offer plenty of modifications and/or progressions so that everyone will feel great! 7 spots left for in person. 10 spots for Zoom but will need a Bosu. Sign up now!
