It's another beautiful day! Rise and shine! Or maybe it's check in and see how you feel and roll back to sleep. Whatever you choose make it the right choice for you.💯

As this new season of fabulous 55 is approaching for me I am grateful for where I currently am in my life, and excited for where I'm being lead. For me, it is time to rise and shine. 🙌

I wish I was taught lots of things about embracing 55 like just owning where you are and where your going. The changes you whole body goes through. This level of liberation that comes flying through you in your life. A sense of peace and chaos that moves through you. I have to stay that I'm grateful that I heard the call and deepen into my spirituality. It has given me so many tools, and possibilities to move through this journey we call life and menopause of course. It is a series of wtf and calmness all wrapped up in one. 😁

This sacred journey is different for everyone and it should be. We all move through life differently yet we all have similarities between us. That is the gift of unity. We can come together, share our stories witnessing each other, and celebrating each other. That is such a beautiful gift to receive.

This fabulous journey of 55 started off with a beautiful blessing. These two gorgeous people who are such a gift in my life gave me a mini birthday surprise party. I was so overwhelmed and cried. My mom was very present with us too. I am forever grateful that they gave my inner child a gift she always wanted. To be with family, have great food, amazing conversations and to be celebrated exactly as I am. ☺️

This table where we speak about spirituality and how it moves through each of us. Conversations where we honor each other's journey. Where we celebrate each other and listen to each other while holding space. Where we speak of possibilities and being there for each other. We have come along way. The 3 of us breaking generational patterns and create new possibilities. I'm so proud of us. I'm so proud of how far we've come and where we are being lead. I know that our ancestors are proud of us too. 😘

I'm excited to see what else this new journey brings. I'll be 55 on Thursday. 😁🥳

Hello beautiful soul!

How are you feeling today? How is everything?

I know that life can be a bit overwhelming. It can be stressful and chaotic. Yet, it can and is always filled with beautiful moments if you take the time to notice like waking up and catching the sun rising. Maybe it's seeing an elderly couple walking together, holding hands. You just witnessed love. Maybe your train showed up on time. Perhaps you get a seat on the train. Maybe someone held the door for you. Perhaps a fluffy dog came by to say hello. Maybe eggs were on sale. Perhaps you got a meme or reel that made you laugh. There are so many possibilities.

Do not get stuck in the moments that cause you to get out of your peace. Fight to stay within your peace to be able to make decisions that uplift, support, and shift things for you. Remember, you can't change people. That's not your job. Your job is to be everything you can be for yourself to then be able to share that with the world and be able to support and inspire others to do the same.

May the sun peeping through the sky bring you peace in your heart and love into your every moment. Many blessings beautiful soul. 🌹

Happy day, beautiful soul. Happy Full moon in Leo! 🦁

I just wanted to remind you never ever ever, and I mean EVER, believe that you are NOT enough. Truly. Please stop thinking, feeling, and believing it. Instead, I invite you to look for the evidence of how much you are truly loved, thought of, cared for,guided, supported, and protected you genuinely are.

Oftentimes, we miss these things because we are so up close in it all that our vision is skewed by what is right in front of us, but step back for the love of all that is sacred, STEP back. Step all the way back so you can see what else is playing out. Where are missing seeing some things? Hearing, feeling, allowing, receiving, etc....

Take a pause. Take a deep breath to gather all of yourself again, and breathe out slowly. I promise you that you will feel a slight shift if you do. If you allow yourself to do so. I often say to myself, "Oh how interesting. How interesting that this is here." This allows me to begin to notice what is unfolding and what I am allowing if I'm not aware of it. It gives me time to shift it and walk away if necessary.

You are the most incredible thing, gift,and person that you will ever work on. Y.O.U. Your time earthside is but a blink of an eye. It goes by faster than you think and faster than you will ever know. So please live your life. Notice what needs to change. Mistakes are possibilities of growth. You are magic. You are enough. You are loved. You are beautiful. You are limitless. You are worthy. You are boundless. You are freedom.

Don't ever allow anyone to tell you what you can't do. Never allow anyone to use your mistakes as a reason you can't achieve anything. Do not ever allow someone who isn't doing anything in their own life to tell you how to live yours. Be selective. Have discernment. Create and understand your boundaries. Know who you are at your core level so you can stop taking things that are not yours. You know, like other people's opinions and perceptions.

May this Full moon in Leo ignite your fire within. May you find your mighty roar and use it to fan the flames of what lives inside you that is desiring to come to life for you. Hold your head up high and remember who you are.

I invite you to take time today to breathe into this full moon in Leo. Allowing yourself to connect with your heart. This full moon is about claiming your space, expressing your passions, and standing in the full light of who you are.

You see the sky, hear the birds—two more gifts! You can have conversations with your loved ones. How many people wish they could do that today?🌹

Today, beautiful soul, notice the blessings in your life: in your conversations, your walk to work, in your music to listen to, and in the many interactions you will have throughout your day. Notice those little blessings. You'll realize how blessed you truly are *right now* and create room for more.✨️

We often miss blessings because we focus on the big ones or "someday." But *this* moment? It's the most powerful blessing. Truly.🙌

It's another beautiful day, beloved soul. What are you grateful for today?

Life can be complicated. It can be yucky, heavy, disheartening, and a whole lot of other words we can use to describe it. But in there life can also be beautiful, precious, lovely, peaceful, amazing and so many other things. You can be present to see it. Present as in observing it. Look for it. Noticing. Why? Because sometimes you miss it since you might only be noticing all that is wrong with the world. There are still many blessings happening in the world as well.

Now I'm not saying to bypass what's happening or your feelings or whatever. What I'm saying is to use it, the feelings, the emotions, experiences, the outrage and convert it into something that can help, support, inspire, uplift, and so on for someone else. Don't talk about it. Be about it. But that's a whole other topic. The point is to use what rises in you and convert to something empowering for others. Just saying.

So what are you in gratitude for, beautiful soul? What blessings have you received?

Who else is feeling like rest is necessary today?

One of the thing's that I have been moving through, beautiful soul, is being fully present with how I'm feeling. Deepening into my relationship with myself has been indeed an eye-opener. Noticing how I, an intuitive empath, move through the day is truly interesting, to say the least. All the feels! Is anyone else feeling this way?

The greatest gift you can ever give yourself is fully understanding who you are. ALL of you. The good, the bad and the ugly. Understanding that ALL of these multifaceted parts are you is a beautiful gift to who you are today and who you allow yourself to be.

Take time to really focus on what lights you up. What dims your light? What makes YOU happy? Is your happiness attached to something outside of you? Pay attention.

As we move through this year, lots will continue to unfold. Masks will continue to fall away from certain people, places, and things, so find a place where you can gather and feel supported. Give yourself permission to receive a space that may feel like home surrounded by like-minded people. Gather together in full presence of one another and be held.

I'm creating one of these spaces if you're interested. It is a place where women can gather, learn more about themselves, and uncover their light within. A place that will have inspiration and empowerment to embrace all that you are. I was led to create this circle. Talk about following your guidance! It literally lives in my soul's blueprint. 😂

Good morning, beautiful soul!
Happy New week! Happy New Day! Happy New Year!

It's going to be a doozy of a new year! #9! Completion. Transformation. Release. Be done with energy and, of course, creating new spaces for "Newness" to appear. Just to name a few. The number 9 has lots of meanings, but these will be the main themes of this year. How will you show up for it?

I had to step away from a few things last year. With my shattered heart, my "wtf" emergency surgery all at the end of the year, all of my emotions were everywhere. That was a tough place to be, but lots of clarity came through. Confirmations. Deepening within and claiming. Not to mention " it is what is" acknowledgment and making peacewithit. I honor all of it.

This year will be a year for self. Self as in who the hell are you, what you about and how will you be showing up in your life, dreams, goals and relationships. What are you sharing with the world? It's not just another year it's a year of claiming, owning, and reflecting who you truly are in your raw, authentic true.

Now here's the thing you, beautiful soul, you actually get to choose who you want to be in this world. You truly do. The thing is, are you who you want to be? Or are you who someone else told you to be? You know, like family, society, peers, friends, strangers, etc. I'm just asking in case you're not aware of who's running the show. I'm just saying. It's time for accountability, presence, claiming, and owning.

As we wrap up another year together, I want to take a moment to remember all that 2024 has given each and every one of us. All it has shown us. All it has taught us. All that was taken away. For me, personally, 2024 has been full of growth, tender moments, heart shattering moments, and ruthless compassion. I'm grateful for it all. 🙌

I want to wish you all a happy new year filled with love, blessings, health, abundance, laughter, success, and lots and lots of precious moments with loved ones.

It's another day. Divine creator continues to pour his ever loving self into all the things and beings in this world.

Yet here we are moving through whatever we are moving through, not realizing that this new day is an opportunity to grow a little bit more. An opportunity to gently move from what is rising or is present for you.

As I walked through my front door this morning putting my Rosie on her bus my heart broke because I remember how Friday my little old lady mustered up the strength to come outside to see Rosie get on the bus. Her last goodbye to her. And yet I know that today is another day that I can create a new way for my love and my grief to move in a new direction.

I am so mothaf-ing grateful that I'm walking my spiritual path because it allows me to see past what is present in the moment. It allows me to honor my feelings and emotions versus what I used to do. I would stuff them back within me to create chains, blocks, and stagnation in my body. I am no longer available for this mistreatment of myself. I choose self-love. I chose tenderness. I chose another way.

Beautiful soul, do not allow yourself to get stuck in wherever you are in this "now" moment. Give yourself permission to step back and simply ask yourself, " What is here for me? Show me where love is present." Free yourself from the pain, frustration, the would of, could of, should of. The past is a place to visit, not get stuck in. I know it hards. I know it's painful. Trust me when I tell I KNOW. Truly, I know. But let us honor the past. The loved ones who have returned home to divine creator. To continue to live for them, your loved ones,and most importantly for yourself.

The month of November is a beautiful time to honor or reflect on one's life. For me, November is currently kicking my ass and broken my heart, AND I am learning and receiving so much. I'm no longer allowing myself to hide my feelings or my tears. I give zero f's if it makes others uncomfortable. That's not my problem.
