We meet every Saturday and Thursday @6:30pm at TSP (Tompkins Square Park - 10th St. and Ave. We also host a 30-minute Core Only workout on Zoom every Wednesday at 12:00pm for only $5.00! All classes are taught by both Mark and Rick, who have taught seminars, workshops, and classes in places such as Los Angeles, London, Ireland, and Zurich, in addition to having competed internationally.

$20.00 a class. All levels welcome.
