Lil' Yogis NYC Lil Yogis' NYC offers yoga classes for children 18-months - 10 years. What to expect from a Lil' Yogis class: first and foremost, FUN.

We pride ourselves on our imaginitive, energetic and playful classes, which combine poses, breath exercises, meditations and a healthy dose of bubbles ;). But you can also expect our classes to help your child develop physical awareness, coordination, flexibility, self-care, concentration skills and relaxation techniques all in a non-competitive, non-judgemental and supportive environment. In addi

tion to teaching in nursery schools, afterschools, nonprofits and synagogues across NYC, this summer we are teaching drop-in classes in Riverside Park, Central Park, Prospect Park and Bridgehampton.
