Memorial Day Weekend at Miramar — Bikes, Hikes, Creamies & Good Company!
Memorial Day Weekend is shaping up to be a great one at the Miramar Lodge, and we hope you’ll join us!
On Saturday, we’ll head to the Missisquoi River Valley Rail Trail, starting in St. Albans, Vermont, for a scenic bike ride. Bike rentals are available through Bootlegger’s Bike Rentals. If you’re interested in joining the ride, please reserve your bike as soon as you know you’d like to participate.

After the ride, we’ll reward ourselves with a well-earned stop for creamies in St. Albans.
On Sunday, we’ll offer two hike options at the Rock of Ages Quarry in Barre, Vermont — one moderate hike and one easy hike — so there will be something for different energy levels. We’ll bring our picnic lunches and enjoy lunch along the way.
After the hikes, we’ll make a well-earned stop at Lawson’s Finest Liquids in Waitsfield — home to some of New England’s best craft beers — before heading back to the lodge for happy hour.
We’ll also plan a local hike from the lodge to the Wu Ledges Trail in Waitsfield, always a beautiful way to enjoy the Mad River Valley close to home.
Come for the biking, the hiking, the creamies, the Lawson’s stop, the lodge time, and the chance to spend a great long weekend with Miramar friends.
