Empire United Fencing

Empire United Fencing Empire United Fencing strives to help its students achieve personal excellence through the sport of fencing.

Empire United focuses on providing a high level foil training environment. In order to participate in private or group instruction a fencer must be a member of the club. Fencers may pay for the membership annually ($895 for a 12 month season) or monthly ($105). The club offers a monthly two class package for ($300) or monthly unlimited class package for ($400). Private lessons may be scheduled wit

h the coaches and are ($40/ 20 min). Open bouting is offered at the club towards the conclusion of our group classes. A fencer may pay a floor fee and does not need to be a member in order to participate in open bouting. A typical fencer at our club attends at least three, and in most cases four classes a week and takes two to three lessons per week. Without a consistent commitment to both private and group instruction we find that it is incredibly challenging for a fencer to move their level forward.

Happy 17th birthday to Nia! 🎉 It feels almost impossible that she is already heading into her senior year, with an SAT superscore over 1500 and so much ahead of her.

One of the greatest joys of EUF has always been getting to know these kids when they are young, helping shape them, pushing them, cheering for them, and then having the privilege of watching them slowly grow into themselves.

We celebrate fencing accomplishments loudly, but we take just as much pride in who our kids are becoming off the strip — as students, thinkers, friends, and young adults finding their way in the world.

Watching Nia reach this stage is incredibly special. We are so proud of the work she has put in, the young woman she is becoming, and everything still ahead of her.

Happy 17th, Nia. We are so lucky to have watched you grow. 💙🤺📚

Big congratulations to Kimberley on an incredible summer! 🎉

Taking a well-earned break from Penn Fencing, Kimberly is spending her summer at the University of Pennsylvania conducting medical research in airway segmentation while also shadowing a pulmonologist and gaining hands-on experience in sleep medicine.

And on top of all that, she’s making the trip to Empire United Fencing to train, take lessons, and join open bouting. That kind of commitment is what separates good from great.

We’re incredibly proud to have Kimberly as part of the EUF family and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes both in the lab and on the fencing strip. Keep up the amazing work! 💙🤺

Huge congratulations to Darius on an incredible Top 8 finish in Division II Men’s Foil at Summer Nationals! What a way to cap off the season.

This result didn’t happen by accident. It came from countless hours on the strip, trusting the process, staying patient, and continuing to believe in the work even when nobody was watching.

We’re so proud of you, Darius. Keep building. This is another big step forward, and we can’t wait to see what’s next. ⚔️💙
