Ready to try aerial straps? Our Intro to Straps classes with oliviatavolacci are officially on the August schedule!

This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build the strength, stability, and technique that make straps—and every aerial apparatus—feel stronger. You’ll learn foundational movements, develop body awareness, and progressively work toward exciting skills like spinning flares and flag pathways.

Whether you’re looking to cross-train, level up your aerial practice, or experience something new, this class is the perfect place to start.

From her background as a professional dancer and Pediatric/NICU RN to becoming an Advanced MELT Method Instructor, bodyART Master Trainer, Pilates, Barre, and Personal Training expert, she’s passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with more ease.
