Happy May...and happy new series!
April was all about core. These next four Mondays, it's hips and shoulders…that's right, time to get into those hotspots of tension and stress. (You'll thank me later, I promise.) The series is called No More Boulders in Hips and Shoulders, and classes target the hips and shoulders, going deep, deep, and deeper in order to stretch, release, and relieve. We will spend quality time in poses such as Pigeon and Eagle, and explore new ones like Frog and Cow Face Pose. Prepare to open the hips, soften the shoulders, and end with restorative poses that do both. The series classes are on my Namastream calendar, so anyone can join.
