Some karate instructors like me and many others consider kata a form of meditation in motion.. this is a type of meditation that combines motion, breath control, timing, focus, and imagination
When you perform kata with complete concentration, you are actually in a deep meditation without knowing
Focus on breathing, posture, timing, and technique.
This one helps develop focus and precision, unites body, mind, and spirit.. and deepens understanding of karate techniques
