Free Tai Chi in Bryant Park by Tai Chi Chuan Center Offering Eternal Spring Tai Chi Classes in Bryant Park Come join us as we continue our mission to help people learn and practice the art of tai chi.

For 10 years, the Tai Chi Chuan Center, with the generous support of The Durst Organization, Inc., has offered free classes in Bryant Park in the morning from MAY until September.

Great start to the free Tai Chi season this week after we were rained out last week. Over 25 participants to begin our 20th anniversary of free classes. Come join us next Tuesday morning at 7:30 by the fountain. First frog stance of season!

Great first class last Tuesday. A dozen attended the Eternal Spring class to help open the season. All wore masks and observed social distancing. Come join us each Tuesday morning in August at 7:30am. Start off your day with Eternal Spring and enjoy more energy and being outside. A little rain this past Tuesday but all that attended enjoyed the class.

Exciting News - Free Eternal Spring classes at Bryant Park will begin next Tuesday, July 28. Classes limited to 25 participants. Social distancing will be observed and facial masks mandatory. Classes will be held just on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am through end of August. Come join us and start practicing your frog stance.
