There are SO many benefits to drinking water. I have removed every other drink from my diet and ONLY drink water. Why...?
My lips love it! Before drinking anything but water, my lips were suffocating. They were always crusty and peeling, bleeding and bruising. Ew! 🤮
-NOW they’re full of life, look great with a color and don’t hurt anymore. 💁🏼♀️💄
Helps with weight loss. You lose the “lbs” through urine and sweat. The more you drink water, the more you urinate and the more you sweat... the more likely you are to be easily shedding the lbs. (Diet, exercise, etc are factors too!)
I used to only go to the bathroom THREE times a day, and my urine was a dark brown. I was dehydrated and my body was suffering! 😔
-NOW I use the bathroom 10+ times a day and my urine is nearly clear, AND I’m seeing a great difference in weight loss after drinking more water.🙌🏽
My skin is so much more vibrant and healthier. Before drinking the water I do now, my skin was always dry and looked like I just left a powder bath. My elbows were always cracked and hurting. 😢
-NOW my skin isn’t dry. Looks like I have a nice glow and my face doesn’t look like a “connect-the-dot” coloring page (correct nutrition has helped this as well.) 🌞🙏🏼
I get in 100+ oz a day, and eventually get it all out by the end of the day. I know it’s a hassle to always be in the bathroom, but help you body out in the easiest way you can... DRINK MORE WATER!!
