Janine & Suzelle Davin Sport Trust

Janine & Suzelle Davin Sport Trust a Namibian charity organisation with its main focus on providing financial assistance to top Namibian sports men and women.

The Trust was started in honor of Janine and Suzelle Davin. Both were excellent sportswomen, who lived life to the fullest. The late Janine and Suzelle were very young role models not only for the youth, their achievements impressed people from all walks of life, especially the Namibian sporting community and those in the academic field. Their parents initially had the desire to start something po

sitive after the tragedy and this ultimately culminated in the formation of this trust. The trust was set up to enable Namibian sportsmen and women to follow in the footsteps of commitment and discipline the late Janine and Suzelle left behind. Our Vision

To inspire Namibian Athletes to live their dream. By making a positive difference in the lives of talented, dedicated and motivated Namibia athletes by assisting them financially and through a professionally supported personal relationship. Helping them to become confident and competent international competitors, by providing committed leadership and standards of excellence. In doing so, the Davin Sport Trust’s eventual aim is to create alumni of Davin Sport Trust beneficiaries who will create positive role models in Namibia. To achieve our vision, the Davin Sport Trust focuses on:

Raising funds through exciting and rewarding annual activities such as the Davin Desert Cycling Relay and the Davin Golf/Boulle Day;
Organising Sport Events that will benefit the youth of Namibia;
Creatively networking with various companies and institutions;
Carefully selecting and evaluating beneficiaries and monitoring their progress. Our Mission

The Davin Sport Trust’s mission is to build a better Namibia by nurturing and developing the sport starts of tomorrow by investing in their sport careers. As a Namibian sporting family we have to make a difference in the lives of top athletes.
