~It is humbling, and often leaves me feeling re-energized, if not a little fragile.

~In Ashtanga Yoga: Practice and Philosophy, Gregor Maehle writes of how, on a very deep level, shavasana prepares us for death.

~When done correctly, it is a total surrender of the ego, so mastering shavasana can take a lifetime.
