Empire Triathlon Club was established to provide a community for like-minded individuals who are passionate about fitness and sport and enjoy competing in triathlons at various levels. We offer both group race and training support as well as individual, customized coaching and personal training services, so our Members can compete to the best of their ability and have fun while doing it! Big wins from Empire Tri Club over the weekend. Szabi raced Ironman Copenhagen, taking nearly an hour off of his previous personal record, after extremely dedicated training and working 1:1 with an Empire Tri Club coach, to finish in 9:06 and earn a spot to KONA!

Coach Marty, trieverything & Wincheng Lin took on a marathon swim at the beautiful calm waters of the Alpha Win Racing Lake George open water 10K swim!

🏊 BEGINNER SWIM CLASS IS HERE!

Have you always wanted to do a triathlon but feel like your swim is holding you back? This is your chance to build the skills and confidence you need in the water.

Join Team USA athlete and expert swim coach Marty Munson for a supportive, small-group class designed specifically for beginner swimmers. You’ll improve your technique, become more efficient in the water, and gain the confidence to tackle your next triathlon.

Huge congratulations for tremendous efforts across the board from Empire Tri Club triathletes. Excellent performances all around, and 4 of 11 competing club members landed on the podium. Erin earned 2nd in her very packed age group and Amie, Coach Marty & Coach Harry all won 1st place in their age groups!

Congratulations everyone for showing up for yourself and challenging yourself and others around you.
