Empire Triathlon Club NYC’s premier triathlon training club and coaching resource for athletes of all abilities.

Empire Triathlon Club was established to provide a community for like-minded individuals who are passionate about fitness and sport and enjoy competing in triathlons at various levels. We offer both group race and training support as well as individual, customized coaching and personal training services, so our Members can compete to the best of their ability and have fun while doing it! Various social events, up-to-the-minute news and updates, clinics and workshops, and an Email Communication Forum help round out the Empire community, so city-dwelling fitness buffs can meet and connect with others who have similar goals and lifestyles.

Coach Marty trieverything has done it again!
She has just completed another 10-MILE swim at the Perhentian Island Challenge in the beautiful, turquoise waters of the South China Sea in Malaysia.

She said it was “insanely fun and beautiful”, even battling through a jellyfish sting.

In this week’s Medal Monday Wincheng Lin Melissa San Pedro Alison Kreideweis Doc Golden and Michelle Santonacita DeLuca explored a new frontier, running 40 miles over 3 days through Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park in Utah and Antelope Canyon in Arizona!

Congratulations Luis Barbier on locking in another ⭐️ at the Berlin Marathon!

Your community needs you! Come out tomorrow to check in with your teammates, talk about the highs and lows of this training block. You are not alone in what you are feeling right before your big race, be it Jones Beach, The Big Apple Tri, the NYC Marathon or any others! It’s a lot. Enjoy a nice evening, not sweating and grinding and be refreshed. 😌

Empire Tri Club athletes Emmanuelle Riess & Szabi had outstanding performances at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France, and faithful teammate Jacinthe Babin was there to volunteer and support her teammates across that epic finish line!

Back home, Tracy and Harry Neuhaus represented Empire at the Mighty Hamptons Triathlon and Tracy won 2nd in her age group.

We had a whole squad going strong at the Alpha Win Racing Saugerties Triathlon! All 5 dominated the podium in their respective age groups/categories! Well done Jeff ❤️🖤🤍💚 niki_nik_nix Connie Kwok, Megan & Richard!

Extra shout out to Jeff ❤️🖤🤍💚 & Richard for completing their 1st 70.3 distance AND landing on the podium.

Lastly, coach Doc Golden changed up the scenery and took to the hills of Pennsylvania for the Bird-in-Hand Half Marathon.

Congrats to all of our 5th Ave Milers who were just too fast for us to get pics of. 😉

Congratulations trieverything , Wincheng Lin & Alison Kreideweis on dominating at the Quassapaug Sailing Center Open Water Swim this past Saturday in Middlebury, CT.

This open water swim festival offered 3 different swim distances, 1/2 mile, 1.5 mile and 3 mile. Win & Marty raced all 3 and both placed on the podium in their respective age groups in all 3 swim events! They are truly unstoppable, and their teammates could not be more proud!
