congrats on completing the ! This client came to me in a panic in August! didn’t have enough time to train for the full marathon that he had signed up for. It would be his first. after discussing race strategy, and what he could commit to, he dropped down to the half marathon and he just completely rocked it! Here he is during one of our training runs together at the Santa Monica totem pole! He lives in Santa Monica and didn’t even know it was there. Get out and go for a run and check out your own neighborhoods! coach
