Have you ever finished an argument with your partner and thought: How are we having THIS fight again?
Maybe the topic changes—money, parenting, s*x, chores, phones, how something was said—but somehow you keep ending up in the same place.
One of you gets louder. The other shuts down.
One pushes for resolution. The other needs to get away.
One feels ignored. The other feels criticized.
And pretty soon you’re no longer responding to what’s happening right now. You’re caught inside a pattern the two of you have probably practiced hundreds of times.
That pattern is what I’m interested in.
Because usually, neither person is the problem.
The problem is what starts happening between you when the relationship gets stressful.
I’m teaching a new free live workshop about exactly this:
WHY WE KEEP HAVING THE SAME FIGHT
How to break the recurring patterns that keep couples stuck
We’ll look at how these cycles form, why perfectly intelligent and loving people can keep repeating behaviors they know aren’t helping, and what actually makes it possible to interrupt the cycle.
And I don’t want this to be an hour of me talking at you.
I’ll be doing some live mapping and coaching so we can take real relationship dynamics and make the invisible pattern visible.
You’re welcome to come with your partner or on your own. You don’t need your partner’s participation to start understanding—and changing—your part of the dance.
