My FIT MOM Journey began 4 months ago when I was selected for a CIZE INFOMERCIAL. I lost 33 lbs and 41.5 inches! I found myself again! I'm no longer a frumpy mom that feels bad for herself and in denial that being around fit people didn't bother her. All of that changed because I was taught the proper way to eat, the importance of movement, and the love of self! If you are looking for a change, an

d accountability to help you develop healthy habits, I'm so happy to help because I was that mom that wasn't comfortable and didn't want to do much because nothing fit.
