2019 my Zumba class at Forest Park was posted at the Queens Chronicle local Queens News paper and after Covid 19 keep us at home, now 2022 they posted again thanks! Michael Shain Mvac Queens adult center Ricard Levi and Dr.Teresa Amato Northwell Health so happy they consider my class exercise" is one the key element of cancer prevention and staying socially connected is also important"
