**WISDOM. EXPERIENCE. HEART.**

Grandmaster Michael “Mako San” Simmons steps onto the mat at the **KRANE Karate Tournament in Warwick, Rhode Island**, facing a competitor nearly half his age.

Youth brings speed.
Experience brings timing.
But **wisdom knows when to make the adjustment.**

This wasn’t just a fight—it was a demonstration of what decades of martial arts training, discipline, competition, and life experience can produce. Grandmaster Mike Simmons stayed composed, made the necessary adjustments, and continued to battle until he ultimately captured the **Overall Grand Champion** title.

At an age when many people believe the competitive journey should be over, Grandmaster Simmons continues to prove that **age is just a number when your mind, heart, and spirit refuse to quit.**

Competition teaches you how to handle pressure, overcome adversity, think under stress, make immediate adjustments, and keep moving forward when things don’t go your way.

**You don’t get older in martial arts—you get wiser.**

Congratulations to Grandmaster Michael “Mako San” Simmons on becoming the **Overall Grand Champion at the KRANE Karate Tournament.**

🥋 **Experience vs. Youth**
🔥 **Wisdom vs. Speed**
💪 **Discipline vs. Doubt**
🏆 **Never Stop Competing. Never Stop Growing.**
