It is with profound sadness that we inform you that our beloved Grandmaster, Sifu Jack Shamburger, has passed away.
Born into a martial arts family, Sifu developed his skills under the watchful eyes of numerous masters, served his country as a US Marine, and honed his craft through years of bodyguard work, martial tournaments, and training.
His passion and intensity for martial arts was balanced by his authenticity and the kindness he showed his students. A stern taskmaster with a gentle touch, Sifu embodied the dual nature of the martial arts, marrying the grace of movement with the ferocity of intent.
Though he is no longer with us, Sifu leaves a legacy that both warms his Ohana and bolsters their resolve. His will continues on to forever and a day. Still here, still strong.
