Fall Battleship Yoga!!!

Our first battleship yoga of the season falls on the Fall Equinox, 9-22-2026. Come join us for an all levels practcie led by Marie Longo where we will move intentionally to welcome this season. 🍁

It’s our last Battleship Yoga of the season *que crying* BUT we are going out with a bang!

Come join us from 6:00-7:15pm on Monday, June 15th, for an all levels yoga flow featuring curated frequencies by our guest DJ. As if the night couldn’t get better, our flow will be led by the amazing Rachel Larson.

It’ll be an event you won’t want to miss, filled with connection, mindful movement, and amazing sunset views.

Join us on Sunday, May 10th, 10-11AM for a special Mother’s Day yoga practice at Perennial Harbor!

This practice will be held in a spacious outdoor garden, led by Donna Dowson. This is a donation-based practice, so you can pay whatever feels accessible to you, and 100% of the proceeds go towards funding Yoga Village and our work to bring accessible, trauma-sensitive yoga to the local community.

EVERYONE is welcome, not just mamas!
AND if you’re in the mood to celebrate, the mimosa bar will be open from 11:00AM-1:00PM so feel free to hang, relax, and unwind.

Exciting news- Battleship Yoga has returned! Join us on the USS Battleship for some mindful movement with a stunning view of downtown. We have 5 practices lined up for this season, and we cannot wait to kick the first one off on April 22nd.

If you can make it, be sure to leave a little bit earlier than expected because of Wilmington traffic. Can’t wait to see you there!

Another teacher spotlight! Yayyy!

Here is Kelly Purcell and she will be teaching a workshop with J’vanete Skiba called Embodying Resilience from Within.

You can expect gentle yoga and a guided meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls. You’ll learn key principles from the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)- a trauma informed approach for resetting and rebalancing the nervous system, and you’ll leave feeling connected and empowered.

Their class will be on Saturday, Feb 21st from 10:00-11:00am.
