While our frontline responders are Never Coasting, Flywheel is proud to support World Central Kitchen for our new retail line. 10% of all proceeds from the retail line will benefit World Central Kitchen. Right now, World Central Kitchen is working with local restaurants nationwide to deliver over 250,000+ hot meals every day to frontline responders, seniors, and other at-risk populations as well as hosting free farmers markets and meal distribution sites for anyone in need, no questions asked. She will be teaching the 10:30am class tomorrow, Saturday 7/21 at LSQ!

Here are some Fun Facts about Ali:

Fun fact #1: She's been cycling since I was 16, when her mom used to teach cycling every week! In those days, her mom had to select and wait patiently for her music to download from Napster and burn a CD. Poor thing!

Fun fact #2: She just moved to NYC from DC, where she taught a 10:30 "brunch" ride every Saturday. It was a complete blast she's pretty excited about teaching this time slot tomorrow!

Music vibes: Typically a blend of hip hop, Latin and pop remixes, sprinkled with a bit of 90s/2000s throwbacks. She likes to create an experience through her music so she puts in a little something for everyone!
