Christopher Deblasio (Co-founder and Trainer)

I am currently a student at Pace University, and reside in the financial district. I am a certified personal trainer, and have been training clients since 2012. Not only am I a certified trainer, but I am also a competitive body builder, and athlete—soccer player. I have experience working with a diverse clientele—ranging from ages 16 to 65, and beginning on all different levels. I thrive in helping people achieve their goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, conditioning, agility, etc. I have also helped train soccer players, so that they are able to utilize their full potential and be competitive on the field. I have been educated in the following topics: kettle bell training, diet and nutrition, body weight training, boot camp, power lifting, and body building. I am passionate and take pride in what I do. Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping others reach their personal fitness goals. I would like to utilize this page to share my knowledge, and discuss fitness related topics. The fitness industry is often changing, therefore new trends, and techniques are introduced daily. I want to dispel misleading information that people may be saying pertaining to working out, and bodybuilding, so I will provide you with real facts. I would be ecstatic to help more people achieve their own fitness goals. I have an unparalleled passion for fitness and enjoy helping people transform their lifestyles into healthier ones, one step at a time.
