I almost got fired on set when I lived in LA. More than once. Not because I couldn’t act — but because I didn’t know how to speak the language of on-camera.

On-camera is a language. And I had to learn that the hard way.

And right now, most of you are submitting auditions in a language you don’t actually speak yet.

How it works: Email me a link to your most recent audition self-tape. From the tapes that everyone sends in, I’ll choose 3-4 for us to watch together as a group. We’ll go through each one to analyze what landed, what didn’t, what was clear, and what needs more clarity.

For those who have taken my class, you know the process I use (What do we see?). For those who haven’t, it will give you a chance to see how I work. Rarely will we discuss acting, but you’ll always leave with a better sense of what makes a great on-camera audition.
