Dance has no age.
Bachata has no age.

One of the things we’re working on at Fuerza is creating more opportunities for older adults and seniors in NYC to experience Bachata, Salsa and the Latin dance community — not just watch us dance, but actually be part of it.

Because dance is more than steps. It’s movement, joy, community, connection and mental wellness. And sometimes all it takes is a little Bachata to remind somebody that they still got it.

I want to see more generations sharing the same dance floor.
